This song is taken from "The Goonies" soundrack. It is remixed by Arthur Baker who worked on many hit singles in those years ( 1984-1985) including some breakdance/hiphop titles. Baker's drum machine and rhythm pattern was a trade mark of his remixes.

From 1985 this is Alisha's "Baby talk". The arrangement is very similiar to Madonna's " Into the groove". Actually I don't know who copied who...but later on Shep Pettibone was inspired for sure by "Baby Talk" for his remix of "Into the Groove".
